Expert’s Usability Evaluation of the Pelvic Floor Muscle Training mHealth App for Pregnant Women

Pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) is the first line in managing urinary incontinence. Unfortunately, personal, and social barriers involvement hinder pregnant women to perform PFMT. Therefore, a Kegel Exercise Pregnancy Training (KEPT) app was developed bridge accessibility among incontinent women. This study aimed evaluate usability properties of KEPT for improve their pelvic training. A purposive sampling method experts conducted from sample informatics physician with special interest informatics. The design activities were planned following sequence: cognitive walkthrough learnability app, heuristic evaluation interface questionnaire (quantitative assessment) app. mHealth application (MAUQ) used as its assessment tool assess usability. total four involved this study. Cognitive revealed that has several major issues especially language consistency ensure learnability. Heuristic showed must provide additional information regarding displayed icon. rated by MAUQ being ease-of-use, satisfaction usefulness all which scored 5.80/7.0, 5.57/7.0, 5.83/7.0, respectively. suggestions shared assist future researchers developers developing PFMT
